If you contact us on WhatsApp, we may send booking confirmations, reminders, and service updates using WhatsApp message templates. Your phone number and chat content are used only to provide the requested services.

We store booking information in our internal tools such as spreadsheets and/or CRM systems (for example, Zoho or Google tools). We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with staff/partners only when needed to complete the service.
